In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the hkb77 website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with hkb77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hkb77 platform and, if you hold an Account, contact our support team to request account closure.
To register and maintain an Account on hkb77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:
hkb77 reserves the right to conduct checks against third-party databases and public records to verify the accuracy of information provided during registration. By registering, you consent to such checks being carried out.
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account on hkb77. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated Accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account profile if any details change.
hkb77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its platform policies. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal request:
hkb77 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This hold does not affect a Member's ability to continue playing with their existing Wallet Balance.
Where multiple Accounts are found to originate from the same IP address, device fingerprint, or residential address, hkb77 reserves the right to investigate and, if collusion or bonus abuse is identified, to suspend or close the relevant Accounts and void associated Bonus Funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. hkb77 strongly recommends that all Members enable 2FA from their Account security settings.
You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another Member's Account credentials for any purpose. Any activity carried out through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hkb77's customer support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. hkb77 will investigate all credible reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the affected Account during the investigation.
hkb77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
hkb77 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, credit card, or international wire transfer as deposit methods. Available deposit channels may be updated from time to time at hkb77's sole discretion.
The minimum deposit amount at hkb77 is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by hkb77, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own daily transfer limits.
Deposits via BI-FAST enabled bank transfer and all e-wallet methods are typically credited to a Member's Wallet Balance within five (5) minutes of the transfer being completed. hkb77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's own bank or e-wallet provider.
By depositing funds into your hkb77 Account, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used and that the funds being deposited are obtained from lawful sources. hkb77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Member at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance programme.
hkb77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, subject to a chargeback dispute, or associated with prohibited conduct. In such cases, hkb77 will notify the Member and may request additional documentation before crediting or returning the funds.
Withdrawals may be made to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) registered in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed in the Member's cashier panel at the time of the request. Members who have been verified at a higher KYC tier may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits.
hkb77 targets a processing time of three (3) minutes or less for approved withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside standard banking hours, on Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and national independence holidays), or during scheduled system maintenance windows may experience additional processing delays. hkb77 commits to processing all pending withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours in all cases.
All first-time withdrawal requests, and any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 5.000.000, require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before funds are released. hkb77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation for any withdrawal request regardless of amount if it deems verification necessary.
hkb77 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal requests. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount by the relevant financial institution, not by hkb77.
Where a Member has an active Bonus or has accepted a promotional offer carrying a wagering requirement, the Member must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement in full before the relevant Bonus Funds or winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited independently of any Bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC and processing rules.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by hkb77 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, in addition to the general provisions of this Section 8. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Section, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bonus being credited to the Member's Account, after which any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
Different game categories contribute different percentages towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
A Member may only hold one active Bonus at any given time. Accepting a new promotional offer while a prior Bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the prior Bonus and all associated winnings, unless hkb77's published promotion terms for the new offer explicitly state otherwise.
hkb77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements mechanically, or coordinating with other Members to exploit a promotional offer.
Each game available on hkb77 is governed by the individual rules of that game as published by the relevant game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game prior to play. All random number generator (RNG)-based games offered on hkb77 use independently certified RNG technology. hkb77 does not modify or influence game outcomes.
Each game and each betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of play. hkb77 reserves the right to adjust table limits at any time. Changes to limits do not affect bets or wagers already accepted and in play.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that affects the outcome or processing of a bet, hkb77 will investigate the incident and, if the malfunction is confirmed, will either void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Wallet Balance, or resolve the bet at the correct outcome if determinable. hkb77's decision in such cases is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with hkb77's published sports betting rules and the official result of the relevant event as determined by the recognised governing body (e.g., PSSI for domestic Indonesian football under BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international fixtures, or the relevant association for other sports). In the event of result reversal by the governing body after settlement, hkb77 will not automatically re-settle bets unless the reversal occurs within 24 hours of the original settlement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hkb77 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hkb77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any hkb77 content without prior written authorisation from hkb77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hkb77 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member or third party for:
In all cases where hkb77's liability is not fully excluded under applicable law, hkb77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their hkb77 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hkb77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
hkb77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:
Where an Account is suspended for investigation, hkb77 will endeavour to complete its review within fourteen (14) business days and will communicate the outcome to the Member via the registered email address on their Account.
A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting hkb77's customer support team via live chat. Upon closure request, hkb77 will process any outstanding Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied.
hkb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — hkb77 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform and sending an email to all registered Members at their registered email address.
The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the hkb77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to contact information), hkb77 may update the Terms without advance notice, effective immediately upon publication.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hkb77's operational jurisdiction. hkb77 operates as an internationally licensed platform serving members in Indonesia and other permitted markets.
hkb77 encourages Members to raise any disputes, complaints, or concerns directly with our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally through live chat or email. hkb77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.
If an informal resolution is not achieved, Members may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username] — [Brief Description]". hkb77 will conduct a full review of formal complaints and provide a final written determination within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of all relevant information.
hkb77's determination on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, and wagering requirement satisfaction shall be final and binding.
